“Kipro & Co” Ltd. – Bourgas offers mycorrhized saplings from its agro-biologic base, infected with truffle spores in the original technology of prof. Dr. Khanaqa. Crop depending on the sort of the truffle and the host-three is gathered at least in the 3-rd or 4-th year after planting with minimum 150-300 gr. truffles, increasing every year in proportion to the root system of the tree.

 

Being underground mushrooms (5-30 sm. below the ground) truffles are famous for their gastronomic, energy and curative properties for centuries. This is the most expensive delicacy on earth and it is a real wonder that the long-year researches of Dr. Khanaqa were undoubtedly crowned with success.  (More about truffles see on Agronet).

 

Applying this leading technology is extremely profitable in the countries known as traditional producers of this valuable biological product – Italy, France, the Arabic countries etc. Bulgaria and the whole Balkan region where we already offer mycorrhized saplings present very favourable conditions for truffle cultivation.  Mainly in the karst soils and sandy mountain and hilly terrains with pH lever above 7 to 8.5. Recommendations and general principles to our clients:

 

  1. To be informed in advance about the ecological purity of the air and soil of the region. (Read and copy the “Soil map”)
  2. To project their future plantation of at-least 100 saplings solely on their own terrain; for agro-companies, co-operations or large-scale proprietors – 1000 and more on area of 20 or more decares suitable land.
  3. To keep only our instructions and technology norms for the cultivation of the saplings until the first harvest. (Described in details in the Technological map).
  4. Upon confirmation the amount of the declared saplings each client receives this technological map for the proper construction of the plantation. The terrain should be ploughed or trenched in advance for the better rooting of the saplings and cleaning of grass, stones etc.
